We purchased this great piano two years ago for our son. At the time, we considered either Mason & Hamlin Model A or Steinway M. After comparing both, Mason & Hamlin was the better choice. We then looked at several of the model A in the market, and carefully picked this one, based on the condition and history (see below). We are really sad to put this on sale but hope to find a good home for this. It has been fully regulated and in PERFECT playing condition. There is some surface/cabinet imperfections due to sun exposure (by the previous/owner), but can be refurbished. Since pictures were taken, we have polished the entire body and it is in MUCH better darker color condition than what the pictures show. See more details below.

We are 2nd owner.
First owner was a musician who passed away two years ago.
Immediately after purchase the following was done:
- Full interior cleaning and polishing
- Full regulation of actions and hammers. They are in perfect condition now. When we purchased, this was the best actions/hammers from the many that we looked at, with almost no sign of use.
- Brand new all keytops. The original keytops were yellowish. They are now perfectly new.
- Professionally tuned twice a year

Other conditions:

- Cabinet - one side in great condition, the left side showed minor sun damage (only on the surface, and mainly on the lid).
