This is a great opportunity to own a high-quality 7'6" grand piano. I purchased this piano six years ago from the original owner. They bought the new piano for their toddler daughter. She played it for a few months, lost interest and the instrument sat in their dining room, tuned regularly, but unplayed until that little girl grew up and went to college. So I bought it "used", but mechanically "mint" in 2018.

The instrument has been in my studio for the past six years and has been immaculately maintained. It is mechanically quiet and records beautifully. It has effectively had only six years of use, so it is ready for decades more.

This instrument has the wooden Millenium II action in it.

I added a QRS PNOscan optical sensing rail to the piano. This senses the movement of the keys optically (there is no physical contact) and generates MIDI data that can be recorded in a sequencer. For a composer or improviser, this is a wonderful capability.
