Founded in 1853 by German piano builder Heinrich Engelhard Steinway, The Steinway grand is considered a great treasure in musical instruments. It represents over 160 years of commitment to artistry and firm articulation.

The Model O, similar to the Model L in specification, was one of the first pianos to utilize the now-standard square leg design. The Model O (5' 10 ¾") is slightly longer than the Model L (5' 10 ½").
