2009 Sauter 130 Upright in high gloss ebony finish. Matching bench. Originally purchased in 2010. Has the Sauter “R2 Double Escapement” which emulates (successfully imho) a grand piano action. Soft practice pedal. This piano was made in West Germany. Sauter pianos are rated “highest quality performance pianos; group 1b” in Larry Fine’s Piano Book (2008). American Steinways are rated just below in group 1c. This instrument is easily near-mint.
