My mother purchased this piano from its original owner in 1970 in Windsor, Ontario and moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1988. I inherited her piano and matching, adjustable Artist's bench upon her passing in 2009.

The piano is in very good condition and has new hammers, new bass strings, all new treble strings.
The key and action weight are per original Steinway specifications. Only original Steinway & Sons parts were used.

It has been maintained and serviced by Michael Lipnicki of Michael Lipnicki Fine Pianos for 20 years. Last tuned April 2024.
