Looking to sell this instrument or trade it towards a concert grand (Mason & Hamlin or Steinway preferred).

Tuned regularly. Voiced and regulated back in 2022 by Cunningham Piano. Amazing tone, no issues in soundboard, action, pinblock, strings, etc. Gloss finish is in amazing shape as well. The side decal is vinyl and can be kept on, switched to the old style, or removed if the buyer prefers.

Has a Dampp Chaser system which has been maintained religiously. Pads have just been replaced as well.

The PianoDisc player is wireless and accepts CDs. Note: this does not have a record strip, but does take MIDI in.

Just a fantastic piano overall, only selling because I have the room in my place for a concert grand!

No steps or turns, freight elevator and dock access at pickup. Moving is a breeze, the piano is just obscenely heavy :)
