- Bridges—surface cracks on bass bridge

- Hammers—light grooves
- Dampers—newer felts, some bass overtone
- Regulation—good
- Pedals—good

Overall: This piano is in good condition. It was built during the golden era of pianos and is a beautiful family heirloom.
