This is a 1937 Baldwin Model M Grand Piano. It has been in my family since new. It was originally owned by my great-grandparents, then given to my grandmother. I learned to play piano on it. When my grandmother passed away, it was given to me, and money was set aside to do a $7100 COMPLETE REBUILD in 2003. It was then taken to my parents home. Time passed, and circumstances now dictate that it needs to be sold. The piano was recently tuned in July of 2024, and appraised by the same tuner for $5250 (see attached document).
