This piano has been maintained by the certified piano technician. It has been tuned 3-4 times a year. The Piano Life Saver system controls proper humidity level. The action was thoroughly regulated in February of 2022. The piano is still in good condition. It has been a vital part of our worship services, used extensively for solo piano music, accompanying the cantor, choir, and congregational singing. Beyond worship, it has also been featured in student recitals, local choral society rehearsals, chamber music concerts, and even a performance of Mozart's piano concerto with orchestra.

The reason we're offering this piano for sale is that our church recently raised funds to acquire a new Mason & Hamlin grand piano. Given how frequently we use the piano for worship services, rehearsals, and our concert series, we realized that the new instrument would better withstand the many hours of playing and provide the responsiveness and dynamic range that our guest concert pianists require.
