This piano is in excellent condition. We are the original owners and have taken very good care of it. We had the piano evaluated by Chris Storch, the President of the Boston Chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild (PTG). See report in photo. Only selling because my daughter has moved out of the house so no one plays it anymore. I have many more photos of the piano from the technician if you are interested.
