Single owner since 2003! Instrument has been annually tuned since purchase (from BHA in Dayton). This piano deserves to be in a public location where more pianists and the public can enjoy it's immense and gorgeous tones. Or - in a appropriately sized private setting for entertaining. Musically, the action and sound board are in perfect condition. The only slight imperfection is a line in the top cover approximately parallel to the hinge that extends the entire length (see included image). This line was present when originally purchased and has not changed in appearance in 21 years. Black gloss finish has normal minimal scratches than can be buffed out.
