* The cabinet is the original ebony finish that has been previously restored and in very good condition.
* The key tops are ivory and in excellent condition.
* The soundboard and bridge caps have been restored and refinished.
* The plate has been refinished and new underfelt installed.
* The pin lock has been replaced and entire piano restrung with new size 2/0 pins.
* The damper felt has been replaced and underlevers refurbished.
* The hammer head shave been replaced with new Abel hammers.
* The shanks and flanges have been replaced with new Encore parts.
* The wippens have been completely refurbished.
* A Dampp-Chaser humidifier is installed.

Our family acquired this piano in 1931 as the second owner at the height of the Depression and has cared for it ever since. A beautiful sounding instrument suited for the professional musician.
