Used Yamaha G-1 Baby Grand Piano. Recently tuned and appraised, Valued at $4,000, see photos for documentation. My mom taught on this instrument for 25 years and it needs a new home. The piano is in great shape. The appraiser recommended repair on the soft pedal which makes a noise and would cost $150. There are small cracks in keys that do not affect playability. An estimate for replacing white tops on the keys is included.
