Kept in a humidity controlled environment, shielded from HVAC airflow, regularly tuned, voiced and regulated by a Registered Piano Technician (RPT).

The reason for selling: Several months after delivery, I developed tendinitis from computer typing, which is not avoidable in my line of work. Preventive care for this condition requires eliminating all unnecessary activities that require repetitive finger movement.

The buyer must:

1. Pay for the piano through the free PianoMart escrow service.

2. Hire a local Registered Piano Technician (RPT) to inspect the piano and assess its quality of sound. It will not be sold unless it receives this technician's approval. If it does, I WILL PAY THE TECHNICIAN'S FEE.

Note that my technician considers it to be a beautiful piano.

3. Procure the services of a piano moving company, and pay the pick up and delivery fees involved.
