This is a 2020 model Yamaha U3 Polished Ebony upright piano, with serial number 6506261. It's a legal US version, not some grey market version intended for other markets, and it's made in Japan. We purchased it new from a Yamaha dealer in September 2020, right before the owner retired. It's played only by my daughter, in just our pet-free, pest-free, and humidity maintained home since new, for less than two hours a week at the most since purchased. Most of the time, it's more like 30 minutes a week, if that.

Zero issues with the piano. It sounds great and it's been tuned regularly. This piano has been tuned on 2/22/21, 10/12/21, 3/2/22, 12/9/22, 6/1/23, 12/29/23, and 12/6/24. It is tuned by a very experienced Registered Piano Technician (RPT), Robert McNabb and we have followed his recommendation to a T. I have all the receipts for the tuning and can provide his contact information as needed. Or you can look him up on Piano Technicians Guild website with 93311 as the zip code. You may ask him more about the piano. The last tuning a few weeks ago, he said it's been pretty stable at keeping the tune now.
