I've recently retired from teaching and am ready to sell my Yamaha Model G2 Grand Piano (plus adjustable chair/bench) located in Orinda, CA. I used it in my climate controlled home studio as my "2nd piano"-- it has had less use than my main teaching and personal practice piano, and it's in very good condition. The G2 model is 5' 7". Date is 1968-69, but original owners did not play it, thus it was "like new", in perfect condition, when I bought it just over 10 years ago. Pretty firm on $8,500.
