This is a fine piano in excellent condition. It has been in my family for three generations. The case and ivory keytops are original and in remarkable shape. Regular maintenance has been performed over the decades with a considerable portion of wearable parts in the action having been replaced or reconditioned at some point. The strings and tuning pins are still original, and this is the only thing keeping the piano from being at its potential. This is a rare and fine example of a superiorly built piano. Replacement value of this piano would be in the $15,000 range, as that is what it would take to buy a comparable modern piano of this level of quality.
