This beautiful piano has been regulated, voiced, tuned, cleaned, and is complete with bench, keys to lock piano, and other accessories. The piano has a $600 damp-chaser system that includes a humidifier, de-humidifier, and humidstat that blinks yellow when you need to feed it water (through a tube that can be unlocked underneath the piano). You will need tunings significantly less often due to the incredible stability of this piano. The middle pedal activates the felt strip for a softened sound perfect for practicing quietly.

If you live close to Durham I will include a free tuning after the piano has adjusted to its new room.
