This piano has a great action and good resistance in the keys. The sound is bright and it has an even voicing across the keyboard. It is a great piano for rehearsals and for practice.

If interested, I can also include two rugs (in the picture) valued at a total of $200 for free. Both rugs are 7’6” x 5’3”. The top rug is a normal patterned rug, and the bottom rug is a soundproof rug pad. Great for NYC apartments.
