We are the second owners who purchased this piano at 5 years old. We have not played it much and are moving house in the future. This piano was recently inspected by a piano technician specializing in retail and refurbishment, and we can give you his contact if desired. This is what he says about it:

Piano has very low miles on it. Hammers are practically brand new. There is no corrosion on strings or parts, and it is in almost-like-new condition. Regulation is very acceptable, and better than most used-for-sale pianos that I see. The case condition is immaculate. Very good instrument for beginners all the way through serious study. It is built with the same integrity and quality of parts as the ever-desired Yamaha U1, but cabinet and finish designed for the home. Today, the replacement model is the M560 which costs $8,899 and it is manufactured in Indonesia, not USA. Even if they were the same cost, I would prefer owning this piano over the new Indonesian model. I see many Yamahas that are older and in bad condition selling for $4,500+.
