This Model B spent most of its life in Las Vegas which was very kind to the soundboard, bridge, and pinblock, all of which are beautifully preserved and have lots of life left in them.

The original parts, which do contain teflon, are also in much better shape than expected. The few clicking bushings have been repinned.

Price reflects the fact that the piano contains all original parts. Upgrades prior to delivery can be discussed.

Recent reconditioning includes:
- New hammer knuckles
- New key bushings (both sets)
- New damper felt
- New damper guide rail felt
- New damper try felt
- New key end felt
- Complete action and back action regulation
- Voicing refinements
- Replacement of agraffes 21 & 22 to reduce buzzing. (Paulello Type 0 wire used as replacement)
