Plays beautifully, all keys work and touch is medium to slightly medium heavy, which is typical for mason and hamlin piano.
It's been tuned regularly every 6 months. Last tune in Jun 2024.
No cracks in soundboard for this 100 year-old piano, it is in perfect shape and it's original.
This piano has been restored around 20 years ago, bass strings has been restrung and look pretty new. Keytops has been replaced at some point but starts yellowing. Original WNG action with shanks, flanges, hammers replaced during the previous restoration. Abel hammers. Pinblock is original and still holds tight. Oversized pins have been installed on the bass section. Holds tune very well.
It still has a lot of crown in this piano and the sound is BOOMING and terrific. You have to come and try it on your own. You're welcome to bring your tech.

Price is not negotiable as this is as low as buying a core for restoration but this piano has great structure and still plays very well.
