Gorgeous Bösendorfer 200 grand piano, 6'7" in polished ebony. The piano was built in 2003, and I purchased it in 2005 from a piano store in Seattle. The piano has been played on a regular basis since then and has been well maintained with regular tunings.

I purchased the piano in Seattle and had it delivered to me in Dallas, TX. The piano has resided in Dallas and Las Vegas, NV. Both of these cities have extreme weather conditions which can be difficult for pianos, however I have been dedicated to providing the best possible environment for piano. In Dallas, I used a room humidifier and dehumidifier (depending on season) to maintain a constant humidity. In Las Vegas, I use a room humidifier to maintain the humidity for the piano. This is extremely important in the desert, and thanks to both the quality of the instrument (it is a Bösendorfer!) and my efforts to maintain a good living environment for it, the piano holds its tune very well and remains in excellent condition.

I had my technician evaluate the piano recently in preparation for my sale. He said the soundboard is in very good condition, the dampers look like they are brand new, and the piano overall is in excellent condition.
