Purchased new, and original owner since I was 7 years old, when I took my first piano lessons from my aunt. Properly stored, and professionally moved, as required, during all these past years. I decided to part from my piano, because I have lost interest, because of a medical condition, and our children have no more interest with playing the piano. It plays, and sounds very nice. With no broken or chipped keys, very, very slight to no play wear on most of the white keys, and no play wear on the black keys. Normal wear on hammer pads. No broken strings. Pedals work normally. Professionally tuned a few years ago. I replaced some of the original red and green felt strips several years ago, after a full exterior wood that was professionally refinished. The wood refinish was beautifully done for about $2,700.00, back in 2008, including the original piano bench. All of the nice quality accessories are also included in the Price. That is, those are not sold separately. NOTE: Because of the location of the piano now, only the top of the bare wood cover plate, near the back metal hinge, has some UV sunshine fading on the Cherry Finish. NOTE: I’m selling my beautiful piano at a ridiculous low price. And, NOT because anything is wrong with my piano. I also understand that moving costs are ridiculous, too. I just want my piano to have a happy, playful home. It plays beautifully, and sounds wonderful, especially playing those big, fat, cords from Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto’s No. 2 and 3, and also several other of my favorite piano compositions by him. Unfortunately, my talented son doesn’t want to play the piano anymore, and has no future interest either.
