You must arrange for pick up. Located 1 ft. from front door with one step down and then 4 ft. to driveway.

An appraiser/technician inspected it and noted the pin block is bad and cracked in several places. As result it is not tuneable and only good for rebuild purposes.

Due to age if tuning were done most likely strings would break and/or it would not hold the tune.

The sounding board also has crack on right side but he did not think that was as major of issue as the pin block.

Came from smoking home.

Finish is Mahogony and now crackled due to age. Ivory key board.
