Just tuned in June/2019 and assessed by RMPT (Registered Master Piano Technician) He has managed the upkeep on this instrument since I bought it ten years ago and has worked with Elton John and Stevie Wonder. Great price for tuning and upkeep if interested. I would be great for the piano for him to set it up and keep it tuned in it's new home.

Almost forgot but important for advance pianist, My piano tech told me that is piano has a true Sostenuto pedal. Extremely rare in an upright.

Sostenuto pedal. The sostenuto pedal is the pedal in the middle under the keyboard of the grand piano. On a modern grand piano with three pedals, the middle pedal is usually a sostenuto pedal. It sustains only those notes that are being held down when the pedal is depressed, allowing future notes played to be unaffected.
