The piano is in excellent condition musically.

One cosmetic issue --at some point a puppy apparently gnawed on the front left toe-block and rounded it over. I have touched it up with stain so it doesn't draw the eye. Other minor wear from regular use doesn't show in photos.

Has been tuned annually since purchase in 2017. Was played regularly for several years while my children took lessons. Holds tune beautifully!

A note from my piano tuner in 2017: "... an ad I found on-line from a dealer selling the same model/vintage, which indicates more like what I believe the market value should be for this piano is $3000."
